Up to 26 mm bar diameter.
4 work tools in its simplest version (3 external and one frontal), with an optional fifth (frontal).
10 or 12 mm square-section tools and drill sizes up to 22 mm.
Its features eliminate downtime between operations, thereby optimising component production.
It has an intuitive and easy-to-programme screen control, with no need for CNC ISO programmes.
Up to 200 programmes for different components can be saved.
Can be equipped with various devices.
OPTIONAL DEVICES:
The machine is controlled with a Mitsubishi PLC configuration, combined with a high-resolution touchscreen graphic terminal. This configuration enables rapid communication between the control system and drives. Moreover, the system's storage capacity allows for a large number of component programmes to be developed.
The machine has two asynchronous motors which are controlled by frequency converters and independently drive the spindle motor and the camshaft motor.
The machine knows the position of the camshaft at all times, thanks to the built-in absolute encoder. This allows camshaft speeds to be defined within the different angular ranges defined by the user by programming sequences of operations on specific screens.
On the programming screens, the user can define both the operating speeds of the spindle and camshaft and the machining conditions for each operation.
The Mitsubishi hardware's communication capabilities provide for remote communication systems to be integrated into the machine. These systems make it possible to manage machine production information from the production plant itself, while also allowing the manufacturer to remotely connect to the machine for maintenance and to update versions.
The PLC configuration screens can be programmed in any language.
