The tube loading system provides the required workpieces to the machine. With a pneumatic actuator arm, the tube is placed in position for chamfering. It is secured with clamps and chamfered at both ends. The pneumatic arm leads to the threading position. It is secured with more clamps and threaded on both ends.
Lastly, pneumatic arm places it in the collection unit. The handing arm consists of three pairs of parallel grippers, so each time it works, it places a new tube for chamfering, places the chamfered tube in the threading position, and leaves the threaded tube in the collection unit.
With the manual pulse generator, the upper slide can be moved forward and backward with the programme. This feature considerably reduces machine fine-tuning times.
