ME 116

ME 116 is a special custom machine for internal and external thread machining of micropile tubes (4 tubes simultaneously)

The ME-116 special machine is designed to machine the ends of tubes internally and externally.

The machine is loaded with tubes and then returns them machined at the other end of the machine.

Features fully automated control system.

The machine has 4 machining spindles (two on the left and two on the right), allowing both ends of 4 tubes to be machined simultaneously.

It is also possible to work with 2 spindles (head configuration 1-2, 3-4, 1-3, 2-4) or with 1 spindle, depending on production requirements and maintenance tasks.

The tube remains stationary and the spindle rotates the tools to execute different operations: turning, facing, chamfering, and threading.

The machine's capacities range from 60 mm to 250 mm in diameter, and from 1000 to 6000 mm in length (optional up to 12000 mm).

Thread length up to 150 mm.
