The ME-106 special machine is designed for tube inspection, both interior length and diameter, and classification according to the requirements specified by the machine.
It consists of a loader, an unloading unit, and the measuring and classification table.
This machine has been perfected to measure a series of tubes/bushes covering the following range of diameters: Diameter 7, 16, 18, 20, and 28. Lengths from a minimum of 15 mm to a maximum of 15 mm.
It also has the go/no-go testing method.
With the manual pulse generator, the upper slide can be moved forward and backward with the programme. This feature considerably reduces machine fine-tuning times.
