ME 108

Special machine for facing both ends.

The ME-108 special machine is designed for the following operations on parts:

  • Facing on both sides.
  • Machining of chamfers or external and internal radii on faced surfaces.

Th machine refaces, cleans, and inspects the length and internal diameter, and sorts the parts into different categories.

The machine can also be fitted with a marking option, which has a station specifically designed for this purpose.

The maximum length of the part must be 30 to 125 mm, with a diameter between 16 and 50 mm.

UNAMUNO ME 108 is a special custom-made machine for facing both ends and machining chamfers or internal and external radii on the faced ends.
CONTROL SYSTEM
  • Mitsubishi M80V nano CNC control system, extremely fast and powerful control with 10.4" screen.
  • Part programme test.

    • With the manual pulse generator, the upper slide can be moved forward and backward with the programme. This feature considerably reduces machine fine-tuning times.

    Additional standard control features:

    • USB connection to the CNC.
    • Tool load display.
    • "Tool life" management.
    • Connection to peripheral devices and equipment with a range of fieldbus networks, including CC-Link®, PROFIBUS® DP, and EtherNet/IP™.
    • Remote connection for maintenance.
    • Alarm notification system with EMAIL messages.
    • It also has a measuring probe for measurement inspection.
