ME 121

Special machine for internal and external thread machining of one micropile tube (1 tube from one end only).

The ME-121 special machine is designed to machine the ends of tubes internally and externally.

Features fully automated control system.

The tube remains stationary and the spindle rotates the tools to execute different operations: turning, facing, chamfering, and threading.

The machine's capacities range from 60 mm to 250 mm in diameter, and from 1000 to 6000 mm in length (optional up to 12000 mm). Thread length up to 150 mm.

Possibility of fitting the machine with a support for both manual and automated tube loading.
