Special machine for cutting, machining, inspecting, and classifying parts from a bar up to 6 metres long.

The ME-107 special machine is designed for cutting, machining, inspecting, and classifying parts, starting from a bar up to 6 metres long.

The machine can execute these operations on parts between 80 and 250 mm long and 18 and 34 mm in diameter. Always starting from a 6-metre-long bar.

Control is carried out on a screen specifically developed by Unamuno CNC for rapid changeover between workplaces.

CONTROL SYSTEM
  • Mitsubishi M80V nano CNC control system, extremely fast and powerful control with 10.4" screen.
  • Part programme test.

    • With the manual pulse generator, the upper slide can be moved forward and backward with the programme. This feature considerably reduces machine fine-tuning times.

    Additional standard control features:

    • USB connection to the CNC.
    • Tool load display.
    • "Tool life" management.
    • Connection to peripheral devices and equipment with a range of fieldbus networks, including CC-Link®, PROFIBUS® DP, and EtherNet/IP™.
    • Remote connection for maintenance.
    • Alarm notification system with EMAIL messages.
    • It also has a measuring probe for measurement inspection.
